I brought some important clothes for an event that we had and then they took all of the glitter from my sons 15 suit and they never explained me that something like that would happen because if they did I would’ve never come here to get it clean, now the suit is bland and has no glitter and they charge so much just to ruin the clothes
0 stars for this place!!! BAD BUSINESS! THEY WILL WEAR YOUR CLOTHES AND WASH IT LIKE NOTHING EVER HAPPENED. DONT TRUST THEM!!!!! There are so many other cleaners in the area. Don’t come here.
My husband dropped off a sweat suit outfit (brand new) at the beginning of the week, the woman says to pick up Friday of the same week. He came to pick up and his outfit was hanging on a rack with stains all over them and she says “oh it’s not ready yet come back next week”. He pointed to his outfit and told her that’s not how he dropped off his clothing it was brand new. She didn’t have an explanation as to what happened. His outfit was worn and stained. Took my clothes there. I had to pay before they clean them. priced at $169 which I paid. I go to pick them up. They want me to pay another $36.00. Get home the clothes were not cleaned good, never again.
