For the customer service and empathy from the manager alone, this is a 5 star studio.

I had come for a haircut last week and had asked for layers. While the front looked great, I had not inspect the back until I was home, and unfortunately, I was not happy with it.

When I called the studio about this issue, the manager called me back and was apologetic, gave me a refund, and offered to bring me back Sunday to fix my hair. This was INCREDIBLE customer service from her. The service they’ve given me was so personal, compassionate, and caring. This completely flipped my opinion of this experience, and I would highly recommend giving this studio a try.

Walked in and got seated immediately, showed the guy what I wanted and he did exactly what I asked for. He's great with scissors and he kept my layers in mid length straight/wavyish hair. $40 plus tip for a men's haircut is expensive but you in Lake Forest

Spacious and modern salon for men and women. Impromptu stopped by when visiting the plaza. The wash, trim, and blow dry took about 40 minutes. The saloon was very clean and staff welcoming. The result was fantastic - the trim was super even and no hairspray or other products used during blow drying. Very happy with the results. Will be back.
