Sport Clips Haircuts in Bannockburn, IL offers a unique experience for men's and boys' hair care. Clients can enjoy watching sports on TV and a legendary steamed towel treatment while receiving a high-quality haircut from their skilled stylists. The staff, including Amy, are described as welcoming, friendly, and professional. The business has an online check-in system for client convenience. However, one client had an issue with being charged for a mustache setting, which was unexpected after over 10 years of visits. Despite this, the overall experience was positive. One client, in particular, was extremely satisfied with their stylist Sarah, who went above and beyond their expectations. They plan to return and even drive 20 miles to see Sarah again, highlighting the exceptional service provided.
Our son had been going to this location for years. I got jammed up with scheduling and needed a haircut due to travel. Decided to give them a try. There are several great stylists but Kristin T is our absolute go to. She's great and super nice. Just the best.
Service and staff are terrific. All recommendations on products and styling have been excellent. Recently have had appointments with Kristin and she has been a true professional every time.
Great experience at the location I will be back again. I’ve always had a good time getting my haircut at Sportsclips and the water dunking with the hot towel wrapped around my face is the icing on the cake for relaxation in addition to the hair cut and side burns. Also appreciate having discounts to bring in with me next time around every bit helps :).
