My wife and I, both seniors, woke up one morning to find that a 1st floor toilet in our home had overflowed during the night for no apparent reason, as no one had used it for many hours. Thompson Plumbing was recommended to us by a friend, and we called them. We explained the problem and our urgency to have it repaired because we had a house guest coming in two days. Thompson Plumbing had a full schedule that day and the following day. Nevertheless, on the day after we called them, they sent out a man after 5:00 o'clock p.m. following his previously scheduled appointments that day to help us. Nick has been my plumbing for years, this present job was to replace fixtures in my shower and he did his homework before approaching the job. Had european fixtures, they fuctioned poorly the pressures and temp controls didn't work so he had to find new fixtures and spoke severa times to be sure he could replace with new fixtures that could replace the 6 body jets , hand held and shower controls, he did and the jobs was weld done very very pleased by the job he does

NICK serviced my house plumbing and took the time to go over all the pipes in a 2-story house we bought ! He was super helpful and appreciated the fact that he walked thru whole house identifying all the water pipes and where they lead. We will use them for more repairs as we move in !!
