Fantastic and personal service. They are experts in cleaning, but also terrific alterations and sewing. The helped me remake and customize lined draperies and cleaned and repaired slipcovers. And the owners are so nice. This business makes you enjoy going to the dry cleaners!

There are some questionable 1 star reviews here for Kenilworth Cleaners. One person writes that the clothes smell like "chemicals" and therefore it can't be "organic" or environmentally friendly cleaning. This is poorly informed. All cleaning uses chemicals. The way you clean, is you have to use a lipophilic agent that removes dirt and oils from clothes. There's no magical way around that. The important question is whether castile or plant-based cleaning agents are used. In which case, that is what they use at Kenilworth Cleaners. Either way, I have been getting most of my dry cleaning done at this mom and pop shop for the past 3 years and my clothes have never smelled...read full review
