“I’ve used them forever. They’re the best. I have to leave a review. I went to pull out really nice pants for a wedding this upcoming weekend and noticed they had a burn from what is likely a cigar. The material was discolored and hardened by the burn. If they couldn’t fix it, I was really going to have to scramble. I have no clue how, but they completely got out the burn and the fibers aren’t stiff, it honestly looks like a different pair of pants. It makes no sense. Bad burn. “I had a great experience with this dry cleaner and will definitely be continuing to use them!I'm posting this review in part because I want to shout out the employees. First timer, I was confused a bit by the online form for scheduling a pickup, so I called the store. It was during the holidays and the owner was out of town. Instead of telling me to wait until the next week for him to come back, they took it upon themselves to pickup my items, clean them, and return them. Was there clarity on how they were going to get paid for providing this service? Not really. But ya know what, I appreciate that they cared more about making sure I had clean sweaters and throw blankets in a timely manner. And luckily it ended up being less expensive than I expected! It was very easy to pay over the phone after the fact once the owner was back in town and figured out what was going on. 10/10 would recommend. “I'm so grateful I found Nena to alter my dress. She is the crowned jewel at Crown Sewing. She was truly a God send, with a love for her work! I bought my dress 2 months before my wedding which included a lot of appliqués around the waist, shoulders and bottom of the dress And Jose who I believe was the manager helped get me in! He was a very pleasant and patient person to communicate with. He answered all my texts promptly. My dress needed about 6 inches taken in on the front and sides. Nena did her magic and figured out how to alter everything from the waist, working with the complicated appliqué work, and keeping the bottom of the dress in tact. She also sewed in Angel charms I bought to represent my father, grandparents and great aunt. She showed an emotional caring with this touch, which she said in her words "I have goose bumps." I think she was brought to tears and took the task very seriously honoring them in her work. I was very grateful. I would definitely drive the 45 min drive to work with her again! Don't hesitate to work José and Nena. They are wonderfullily kind people, patient, service minded, and care about their work.“

He has a slew of costumers who are repeat clients who come to let him alter their items because he is just that good. My own grandmother recommended me to him for my birthday dress last year and when I say he made my dress look like it was made for me and only me ! That’s why this year when I came back with a dress worth almost 1,000 and custom I had no doubt in my mind he would alter the dress to perfection. He replaced missing buttons, sewed another panel for fit and overall was so professional by helping me make the dress look stunning !
