I have a difficult time going to the salon. So much so, that when the pandemic hit, I neglected my hair and didn't cut it, but sure did color it myself. 2.5 years later my hair was dry, frizzy, and damaged. I called for an appointment at The Color Bar Salon and they assigned me to Patty. Patty was so patient with my situation. I think she sensed I was a bit nervous and obviously could tell my hair needed a lot of help. She gathered a lot of information, listened to what I was hoping to accomplish, let me know what could and couldn't be done, offered options, tested my hair, and we made decisions together. Messaged The Color Bar Salon through their website and received a quick response to come in. Patty gave me stellar service with toner and cut to refresh an old and grown out balayage for the fall season. Not only did we have an amazing conversation, but I learned so much about my hair. I felt like I was talking to a family friend. Price is reasonable, and she made me look and feel young again! Thank you Patty!

I lovee my hair! Thank you Janet!! You were very reassuring, I was excited but nervous. But the way you talked to me about the cut made me feel better to go through with it! Kinda did Halloween make up after lol
