“I have a difficult time going to the salon. So much so, that when the pandemic hit, I neglected my hair and didn't cut it, but sure did color it myself. 2.5 years later my hair was dry, frizzy, and damaged. I called for an appointment at The Color Bar Salon and they assigned me to Patty. Patty was so patient with my situation. I think she sensed I was a bit nervous and obviously could tell my hair needed a lot of help. She gathered a lot of information, listened to what I was hoping to accomplish, let me know what could and couldn't be done, offered options, tested my hair, and we made decisions together. She shared some of her experience and I can tell she is someone who has seen it all and has evolved with the times. The process was long because there was much to do. However, her conversation and demeanor put me at ease and I did not feel stressed at all (unlike every experience I've had at any salon). I will say, it was expensive, but I got what I paid for. I will definitely return and highly recommend Patty to anyone looking for quality results.“
