1) the Mall really should provide a shuttle for customers. Many customers can't walk more than 80,000 square feet of retail space.
2) customers don't realize that JCPENNEY has millions of products on the shelf to price which is far far more than a discount store where one size fits all. Competing retailers are finding that the packaging has obsolete pricing when it arrives to the store. i always just use my phone to get the current price at the store but not everyone likes to do that.

JC Penny Joliet, shoes department is 10 out of 10 an associate name Melissa is the most wonderful and caring person I have seen. Melissa not only went above and beyond to find a lost shoe, but she also took the time to make sure it was found, she was the third person that tried and she succeeded in making sure it was hold it for me! Thanks Melissa! You’re what Companies need thank you for the effort and willingness to let me know you had found it and making sure is was delivered to me!

The JCPenny staff were great. The store seemed to have a decent amount of inventory on their sales floor for a consumer to find. We needed to find a suit for my son, and we did make a purchase.
