Bonnie Flowers treated us with kindness and patience. Accommodated our requests. The only thing that was negative was the casket spray was half the size that was shown on the picture. That was very disappointing, but I'm not sure that was a florist issue or company.
They were great to work with. I called them in the afternoon and wasn't quite sure what to get. They guided me through the options with what would be best. They were able to deliver the same day.
Great experience over the phone. I was in another state. A hand delivered flower set with my note was as personal as me delivering them myself. They knew exactly the arrangement to choose. I did not.
