“Bonnie Flowers treated us with kindness and patience. Accommodated our requests. The only thing that was negative was the casket spray was half the size that was shown on the picture. That was very disappointing, but I'm not sure that was a florist issue or company.“

“I had a pickup order for between 7 - 8 pm. I received both a notification and text that the order was ready at 8:26. I showed up not even 10 min later and it told me to check in during business hours (after 10 am the next day). So now I have to go back tomorrow, I do not live near there and planned my pickup for a time I would already be near Sam's Club. I needed the items for tomorrow, this is ridiculous!! I even tried calling the store with no answer! Wonder if I can get a refund on my membership. Even if I can't, I think I will be switching to Costco.“
