“I came into BodyWorks with a shoulder impingement from a head and neck surgery. I couldn’t lift my hand above my shoulder without extreme pain and couldn’t sleep well at night.Bodywork’s gave me a full exam, put together a care plan and guided me to recovery.Stretching, strengthening, some anti inflammatory injections, core strengthening, chiropractic adjustments and care, periodic testing for strength and flexibility along with hands on motivation and supervision have brought me to a point of recovery that I would not have imagined or been able to accomplish on my own.After a few weeks I was able to sleep thru the night without anti inflammatory or pain meds. 2.5 months later I was playing pickle ball at a fairly aggressive level and feeling great.I Really appreciated how well rounded the care was, not to mention their staff is not only capable, but everyone was very friendly and down to earth.I highly recommend.Paul N.ROUND 2 AT BODYWORKS CAROL STREAM.I have had minor knee problems for nearly 25 years and got to the point where I needed both a lateral and medial arthroscopic meniscectomy on my left knee.
