I highly recommend Itasca Health and Chiropractic! I have been to quite a few different chiropractic clinics and this is by far the best. Both Doctors Joe and Joel have been great to work with. I appreciate that they really care about their patients and I have had great results with them utilizing the Active Release Technique. It has been so helpful because they also recommend exercises and therapy to do at home between visits. My back and neck have not felt this good in a long time. The staff also has a great knowledge of supplements and how they help me sleep better and my muscles stay more relaxed.
