Fred is always accommodating, works quickly, fair pricing and does repairs when others try to sell you a roof when you dont need one. He has always done little extra things for clients too. One time we had a 1 nail roof leak. It was sticking up after a storm which flooded the ceiling in the foyer. He showed up, found the issue, fixed, sealed and refused to take a dollar. That's rare these days.

I would like to thank Fred J. Smith for the excellent repair work he did on my roof today. He returned my call immediately, came out to inspect my damage within 48 hours and the job done in 72. He is a man of his word and does excellent work

Like others, Fred was referred by W Brothers roofers (who were very prompt in getting back to me). I needed plastic roof vents (that came with the house) replaced with steel ones after squirrels ate through the plastic ones!. Fred came out within a day or two of my call with an estimate (also worked with me to assure the replacement roof vents would meet the requirements of the homeowners assocn) and scheduled the work a couple days after I got back to him to accept. Very nice guy... professional...as was his employee who was on site. Also did a minor touch up "while they were up there" at no extra charge.
