It is a calming, fresh and comforting atmosphere. Kimber does a fabulous job with my hard to manage hair. It is coarse, wavy and just so unmanageable until she started doing keratin treatments about 9 years ago. What a difference it has made and her cuts and color work is top notch. Location, atmosphere and staff - are all great.“

“I went in to see the owner because I had lost over half my hair due to Telogen Effluvium. I have been going to her for 28 years. She’s truly remarkable. Her knowledge and her staff’s knowledge of all things hair are not to be rivaled with. As I was walking in today, I looked up at her sign on the building and thought, “Wow, she’s really accomplished something that she should be proud of”. She’s been in Lake Zurich 23 years. That’s a real coup. She survived the 2008 Great Recession and Covid from 2020-2022, yet her customers stood by her and she’s continued to grow. I have shown her a photo of what I want and she has replicated the cut and color better than I imagined. I’ve been a regular customer here for about a year and before the service was so-so but it was really conveniently located for me and that mattered more, but the new owners dramatically improved the service - my brows are so much cleaner and lasting longer and they lowered the prices.“
