She is so sweet and thoughtful but more importantly I have never had anyone cut my hair with such meticulous care. I'm 72 and have had a lifetime of haircuts. She doesn't just grab the hair and chop it off. I have very thin hair and she carefully spends time layering it and it makes such a difference. I highly recommend her!“
