“I was searching for a tailor who could replace the invisible zipper on my only black dress, and it also needed dry cleaned. The zipper was from under the arm to the top of the hip on this dress (a lot of work), and Gloria gave me a reasonable price. The work is great, too. The zipper is as good as when I got the dress, if not better.The dress is also perfectly cleaned and ready for whenever it’s next needed.That, and the staff here is so nice. Both Gloria and the man who work with her are pleasant, polite, and helpful.I left a pair of jeans to be hemmed, since I had such a good experience with the dress. “Removed black stains and embedded stain in bridesmaid gown. My first experience with a dry cleaners so I went with highest reviews and they sure didn’t disappoint. They also offer 25% off first time which was so kind. I dropped off a second piece (jean stained white sweater) so I’ll give an update on that when I get it back.

“Came out to Downers Grove, IL for my sister-in-law wedding. End up getting a stain on my blazer a few days before the wedding. I call a few of the local dry cleaners and all of them said they wouldn't be able to have it done in time. If they did say yes they charged me my car payment plus more.

I thought I was going to have to travel further out of Downer Grove until I call Chris. Right away he told me to bring it in and he'll take care of it and would have it done in 2 days for me. Very nice, friendly and hilarious guy.

The BEST part is his prices are extremely reasonable. I actually left a nice tip because I felt like I owed him more for not only doing an amazing job, but getting it done so quickly and not being overpriced.
