Stopped into this location because i was near i usually go to the one in crestwood but I thought let me give this location a chance.Upon arrival I only asked for My cheeks and chain to be waxed because I get fine little hairs and I go to the one in Crestwood and they complete it perfectly fine no issue but this time I’m being pressured into getting my eyebrows done or my upper lip when I’m specifically kept telling the lady that I do not want that service and it was fine because usually I know they try to upsell, but it was just an ongoing thing the whole entire time I was there then the Associates pitch in as well so that’s when I started to become Uncomfortable i know they meant no harm but when someone says no once or twice I think you should back off. Then she proceeded to wax my cheek and chin hairs At the time the wax deer feel hotter than usual, but I didn’t think it was hot to the point where it could burn my skin giving they are professionals. I think she knew that the wax was too hot because after finishing waxing, she kept asking are you okay and then kept rubbing Different lotions and oils to make my face look shinny which is not usually they usually ask do i want any lotions or oils giving that people skins dont react well. Once I got home, I started to feel a burning sensation on my face This morning i woke up with this burn on my Face this is so unacceptable. I’m highly disappointed but again this is what I get. Oh, and don’t let me get you started on the gifts cards And tips she wouldn’t process my card until I continuously told her i dont Want any gift cards nor I’m going to tip on my card? I didn’t think she deserved a tip but it wasn’t until I went Into my purse and give her cash for a tip before she would even charge For the service that was done I don’t believe its a horrible place I believe that they have good attentions but the way they go about things i’m not OK.
