ive been coming here for the past 4 months and ive had a really good experience. I get builder gel with designs and my nail tech gets exactly whag im going for each time. I will continue to come here and bring my friends as well! (last pic posted was from a friend i brought along)
This review is unrelated to the service performed. I thought the pedicure was satisfactory. However, I don’t like their billing practices. On their website, a regular pedicure shows $35 but in the salon it is $40. Also I was charged a flat $2 credit card fee which is higher than the 3% fee that some merchants charge to use a credit card. I believe this is predatory pricing and I won’t return because of this specifically.
Disappointed with my mani pedi. I told the nail tech I wanted a regular mani pedi but then they started doing no chip, I told them no & that I said regular. There was confusion because he didn’t understand English, I asked what additional price was for no chip, I didn’t exactly understand what he said but I told him to just go ahead & do it. Apparently it was $25 extra! I wouldn’t have gotten it if I understood what he was saying. Then a different tech did my manicure. He didn’t use any lotion, who does that! Then it took a half hour for my nails to dry & they MESSED up! I’m not happy & don’t feel pampered.
