Excellent service! Friendly efficient knowledge staff. Tim Estimator Alexis Secretary Ryan West and Colin Installation Technicians I have to say everyone I was in contact with was very easy to deal with. I felt bad for the install technicians as it was only 8 degrees outside. They did an all day outside commercial unit install at the house with no complaints. Also did a great job! I highly recommend using them.
For honesty, quality, transparency, and fairness, Hoekstra passes all of those qualifications. As a 66 year old, I don’t make recommendations lightly because I’ve had way too many bad experiences over the years. I’ve put Hoekstra through my curmudgeon ropes and, darn, I can’t find a fault. Highly recommended!
Hoekstra’s entire team I have dealt with were amazing! Customer Service, Sara, helped me out of a jam and Steve was amazing. He was kind and he explained all the work that needed to be done. Before he left he cleaned up so well I wouldn’t have known he was even here other than I now have AC on this 85 degree very humid day!! You can’t go wrong calling Hoekstra!
