Am I the only one who can say I enjoy going to Dr Ruiz dental office. Not only does the reception, staff, interns, greet with smiles, but also Dental Hygienist Mary W. and Dr. E. Ruiz show genuine concern for their patients' overall well-being. A smile going in leads to a brighter smile when leaving.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ruiz for along time. I have alot going on in my mouth and tons of anxiety and embarrassment when it comes to my teeth. Dr. Ruiz for years has been nothing but AMAZING! I am so appreciative for everything he has done for me over the years! Unfortunately, Monday March 11 I called the office due to an out of control infection in my lower left jaw. The person that answered the phone was rude, cold, short and just not a nice person at all. My issues and fears of the infection going untreated were dismissed saying only that he had no availability as he was on vacation and was double booked for the week he returned. I found Dr. Ruiz through my insurance and schedule an appointment. My previous dentist wasn't very understanding of my anxiety and issues with receiving dental work. She was alright but not anywhere near Dr. Ruiz. He's very patient, understanding, and informative on the work he's going to perform. He even let my wife hold my hand during the procedure which helped me immensely. Definitely recommend him for his professionalism and work.
