Based on the reviews, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is a great company with reasonable prices. The plumbers are knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. They show up on time and are very professional and clean. One plumber showed up within a couple hours on a Sunday to take care of an issue and gave cost options. Another plumber did a great job connecting a water heater and gas lines. A different plumber did a great job installing a new sump pump and battery backup. One reviewer said a plumber arrived quickly, was extremely professional, and cost efficient. The company is highly recommended to friends and family.
Our water heater went on the fritz & the first plumber showed up fast, but then gave us a $4000+ quote for replacement. So we called around & John C at Benjamin Franklin gave us a quote right there on the phone. A day later, he installed the new heater without any surprise charges. That was a couple months ago & it's been running beautifully since. Thanks, John! We're sorry our tiny dog went into protection mode instead of pet-me-pet-me mode.

I called the Benjamin Franklin requesting for plumber services for my water heater. Mike Oros, the complany plumber, came to my place in less than one hour after my phone call. He called me before his visit and updated me of his ETA. He came with a smile on his face. He was very friendly and professional. In less than 5 minutes he knew what the problem was. He answered all of my questions and left my mind in peace. He did not rush and explained everything to me. I would definitely hire people from this company in the future for the plumbing services. I highly recommend services with Benjamin Franklin plumbing to anyone.
