When my husband and I moved to Highland Park 2 years ago, we needed to find a lot of new business and professional services, including a hairdresser. I didn’t think that would be too difficult, as there were a lot of hair salons in this area. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I tried 3 different salons, during a 2-year period. Each time, I explained what I wanted, and each time I was told that they could accommodate me. I happened upon Untangle through Google. The haircuts and color are always just right, and the process, from scheduling to the visit itself, is always easy, relaxed, and pleasant. My older kids started getting jealous of my haircuts, and now they are happy customers too. I feel so lucky that I found Lynn - it has taken the stress out of haircare for us and we look better for it too!
So glad to have found Lynn! I have 3 daughters (8-12) and she styles all of us. Each of us has a very different style and they’re not only beautiful cuts but they are easy to manage. Lynn takes the time to give proper hair cuts considering curly thick hair or more fine hair. I have done semi-permanent color and hi-lights and it always looks very natural and shiny.
She has great communication before and during appointments and is always punctual. We will be working with her for many years to come! ❤️
