Tamara is the QUEEN! I was looking for a skilled myofascial expert for YEARS after the practitioner I was with changed her practice. I waited many months for a slot to see Tamara and I was richly rewarded for the perseverance when my day came! Tamara has an uncanny way of listening to your body and intuitively knowing exactly where to find pain foci and referral points. She also offers a veritable library of resources and tools for self care at home so you can build upon and maintain the excellent work she does.
