I had been struggling with agonizing hip, groin and lower back pain for several months with little to no relief from ice, stretching & various chiropractic visits elsewhere. We traveled to Chicago to visit friends & I was fortunate enough to get an appointment with Dr. O’Toole & Dr. Patel. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable & kind. My treatment was about a week ago now & I have almost no pain or discomfort. I would highly recommend Highland Park Physical Medicine.

Dr O'Toole is great. I have a shoulder tear and lots of related pain. Did a dry needling, tense, and laser and it is the pain relief I have had in ages. Really thoughtful guy too...took time to listen and to plain everything. I already re booked. Thanks so much to him. Highly recommend great guy great location great work product.

Hanes and Kinnel have been taking good care of me for 8+ years. WhenI was short of funds and had no insurance they carried me with a small charge until I was able to get Medicare. Really great treatment from very good people. James has a better grasp of anatomy and physiology than any doctor I've ever had, really brilliant!

The care was a “ surround sound “ approach with the added bonus of compassion and comfort from the two beautiful dogs that spend their days in the office. What an incredible experience! I’ve never seen a chiropractor before but have 2 herniated discs and after lots of being on my feet and lifting children I desperately needed help. Dr Otoole and the whole staff was absolutely wonderful and professional. So many different techniques. Could not recommend a better place to find the help everyone needs. Will absolutely be going back!!! You guys are miracle workers!!! Thank you for such an amazing experience.

I went through 6 chiropractors before finding Dr. O'Toole, have now been going there for 10 years. Its now about an hour drive for me but definitely worth it!At least 6 times in the last decade doctors have told me I'll be on pain killers daily for the rest of my life...one visit here and I was good to go!Obviously everyone's situation is different and will get different results but I find this place to be honest and frank about whether something can be treated or not, how long it will take, and what I need to do to help myself.I only feel the need to go a few times a year now for routine checkup but always feel physically better after every visit.
