I need to get deep tissue therapeutic massages regularly to manage chronic pain from a serious car accident I was in 16 years ago. Along with regular massage, exercise, good sleep and good posture (and taking breaks from the desk at work every hour), and meditation to keep stress down, I have been able to keep my pain levels low. I was going to a medical massage clinic every month an hour away, but then my therapist moved across the country. Hands down the BEST massage therapy services in Highland Park and the entire north shore! I see Dora every other week religiously for a deep tissue massage. She is a magician! She really knows what she is doing and she is stuck with me forever!! Eleni is another massage therapist who is amazing as well! I love this beautiful studio and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you RUN, not walk there asap!!
