Advanced put in our sprinkler system and has been very responsive to our needs. I called today with a potential issue from the heavy rains. Mila was the employee who took my call; she repeated everything back to me to make sure that she got all the information, and she didn't talk over me while she did that. She made sure the owner got the message quickly.
There was a problem of inadequate sprinkling coverage in a section of my yard. When Santiago shut the system in the Fall we discussed how to correct it. When he returned in the spring he remembered our discussion , explained his solution and installed different sized nozzles. I was impressed that Advanced Sprinkler sent Santiago back (as opposed to another Tech unfamiliar with the problem ) and that he had taken the responsibility to return prepared with a solution. We tested it and are anticipating a good result.
I’ve had these guys out twice. Luis came out the first. Joel the second. Their work is second to none. Exceptional!!! So hard to find service like this these days. Thanks for everything.
As a background, we just moved into our new home and needed to get a company to service and modify a few things. These guys did it all and more. Thank you!
