I got a blow dry at this salon and asked for curls and not too much volume and showed her a photo of what I was looking for. After blow drying my hair it looked puffy with no curls in sight and worse than I could have done myself at home. I asked the stylist to use a curling iron which she did but she didn’t do anything about the roots. I’m the end it was a far cry from the smooth results I get at my regular stylist. Here are my “curls” and frizzy roots two hours later.

Horrible! Is the first word that comes to mind when I think about my experience at the salon. From the moment I walked in until the minute I left (without getting my hair done) I felt like they didn’t want my business and since I wasn’t a “regular” didn’t seem to value me as a client. I had called earlier in the day to confirm my appointment which they told me was at 2:00 pm. When I arrived at that time the unfriendly receptionist told me I was 30 minutes early.
