I highly recommend Duct Heroes. The guys are friendly, honest & professional. I appreciate the clear communication from the email appointment confirmation to the text notifications when they were on the way to the house. After an initial inspection, the guys explained their findings and were upfront about the necessary services. The cost for services is very reasonable.
Price was reduced because some vents weren't dirty. I was expecting to see video or pictures of my vents. I wasn't shown any
pictures or video.
I chose to get my vents cleaned because of recent construction work and my upstairs furnace smelled like the furnace was heating dust. After the furnace was serviced, the smell of heated dust was still in the air. I specifically added deodorizer and sanitizer to eliminate the smell. Unfortunately, the smell did not go away. Kinda disappointed.
The servuce guys were very kind and efficient.
Duck Heroes came out today and did an awesome job! The team that came was extremely accommodating, very nice, and explained everything clearly. They arrived within the time window, were efficient, and got everything done quicker than I expected. I’m very happy with the service, and I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!
