“My mother had knee surgery yesterday and has had the best experience I could have witnessed. We arrived at 5 am and we're greeted with a warm smile. When we were called back, the nurses who helped get her checked in and prepped for surgery were all super sweet. Everything was explained to us and they took time to make sure we knew what the process would be. After she was taken back, several nurses stopped in to ask if I needed anything and let me know she would be moved to her room after recovery. The surgeon came back and let me know everything went well. Overall, amazing communication from the staff. The OR nurse showed me up to her room and in no time they rolled her in. Her nurse Felix in 3-West was awesome. Very friendly and made sure she was comfortable. The other nurse or medical assistant Andrea was such a superstar. She was checking her vitals on time and helping in any ways she could. She was on it. Her physical therapist was also sweet and explained everything very well. The whole 3-West team was just fantastic. The hospital was extremely clean and well maintained. All staff we experienced were friendly and caring.“
