It swell me up in the stomach area the first my fupa was huge and sore so dont plan on doing much for a few days i was scared but drink your fluids and massage it. Wear a body suit or corset for better results. With proper eating it help me dropped pounds that has been hard for me to get off even with eating properly and going to the gym.
