Did the cyro and meso and It worked . It swell me up in the stomach area the first my fupa was huge and sore so dont plan on doing much for a few days i was scared but drink your fluids and massage it. Wear a body suit or corset for better results. With proper eating it help me dropped pounds that has been hard for me to get off even with eating properly and going to the gym. Which ultimately losing weight help me get my blood pressure down. I couldn’t get under 165 pounds for nuthing and i use to be so small but i finally made it to 154. I never went to the bathroom regularly like most ppl even as a kid now I do, which i will assume it help speed up my metabolism...read full review
