Katie/Kelly did my nails first time very nice young lady. Did a great job! Was getting compliments at work asking where I got nails done! I was reluctant to do a mall nail salon. But was very impressed! I'll be back! Didn't give 5 stars because I want to make sure there's consistency.
Went in for a pedicure because I was there and was convenient. Honestly, I should have left after noticing nothing was sanitized. The pedicure was nothing like ive had before an fell below the par level. I told her the color was off and there was lumps yet she dismissed me and I was left with nail polish looking like something a kid could do. Never again.
It was my first time here, and I was in a bit of a time crunch. Fanny was incredibly kind and fast—she really helped me out. She did my face wax and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Definitely coming back if I am in the area.
