I love the facility and training with Coach Steph. I had taken a significant break from physical activity. She allows me to be myself, authentically. She’s knowledgeable, answering all my questions. She works with me and accommodates my limitations. The workouts are challenging yet fun, and I always feel supported and encouraged.
I have also gotten the opportunity to train with Coach Rob. Rob is supremely knowledgeable and caters to your specific physical level. Rob is a great personal trainer who really knows his stuff. I started training with him to help with back pain, and he’s always careful to make sure I don’t hurt myself. He’s great at explaining what muscles we’re working and making sure my form is good. Highly recommend!
I am no friends with discipline and always hated doing workouts. I still hate it, but at least now I do it. Been training with Ovi since March and I have nothing but good things to say. Gym is packed with top-notch equipment. Only one to one sessions, which means space is not crowded and there are no distractions. The personal training sessions are motivating, customized, and truly deliver results. The atmosphere is positive and supportive — perfect for all fitness levels. I’ve gained strength, confidence, and consistency since joining. Highly recommend to anyone serious about their fitness goals!
