Dr. Rice-Kelly has been fantastic. I've been going here for several years and she's always so pleasant to see and thoroughly explains everything.
The front desk staff have always been a bit frustrating with their style of communication and give the impression as if they're being inconvenienced by your presence. I've ignored a lot and dealt with the once/year unprofessionalism to continue seeing such a wonderful eye doctor.

Honestly the best eye doctors in the Chicago area. I have been wearing glasses for a long time and have had at least yearly eye exams for the past 15 years or so. Never have in my life I have come across an eye doctor that devotes this much time to ensure you have the right prescription and knowledge about your eye health.
