    I'm so happy I decided to go to Serious Strength. I've had training sessions with Rob and he's very patient and keeps me motivated to really give it my all. We have discussed goals for my workouts and ways to improve my meals so I can achieve them. I also got to meet with Ovi during my first session and he discussed in depth health goals. They both really care about their clients. If you're like me and uncomfortable in crowded places, then this is the place for you. It's a great one on one experience with an experienced trainer.

    I have been training at Serious Strength for a year and a half now and I can honestly say this is the best gym experience I have ever had. Ovi and Rob are excellent personal trainers that are truly passionate about helping their clients. They listen to their client’s goals and provide a detailed plan to achieve them. The gym itself has the absolute best equipment I’ve ever seen. Serious Strength has every premium piece of equipment you could imagine. Lastly, the environment is so positive and fun.     Serious Strength Personal Training has been hands down, the most positive and motivating personal training experience I have had. On top of that, I don’t say that lightly since I have been training with Rob for about a littleover a month. It has made a big impression on me.In the time I have spent training, I have felt welcomed and listened to on so many levels. Ovi and Rob spend time with each client, crafting training programs with individualized goals to meet you where you are at and to get you where you want to go. This was highly important to be having come from past experiences feeling that I am pushed to hard to do something, injured from training or felt full review
