I honestly believe that since COVID customer service has changed. People no longer care about their job, but the money. You shouldn’t get mad because I’m telling you-you missed a spot or if you can touch up this area. Instead you do a sloppy job. I kept my nails because I had a function to go to and was going to go back (Sat) but guess what?! Closed on Sat & Sun! It’s ok, we live and learn but I can guarantee you I will NOT be back. They do not care how they do your nails/feet. My nails should not look like this. This is the job of someone who just wants to get paid. I don’t recommend this location at all.

Came here after work. Its one of the only nail salons open late. I will not be back. The man that did my nails was overly rough and my nails are fat as hell and uneven. Unfortunately I was too tired to argue and tired of having to be "black" everywhere I go because of the way they treat us. Ugh, I'm disgusted to say the leastServices: Acrylic nails

I I like going to Love Nails because the technician Nancy she is the best she takes her time talks with you laugh all the employees I really nice but Nancy is the only one that I prefer doing my nails but if she's not there I will let somebody else doing
