They use disposable liners for the pedicure tubs and toss the pumice stones after a single use, which is unheard of elsewhere. My stylist Rachel G. cut it perfectly and at first I was a little stunned at how short my hair was and I was freaking out. But I am so glad Rachel cut my hair. She did an amazing job. Gave me an amazing silk press. She was super gentle. Super personable. I love my hair. A week later my silk press is still intact. The frizziness is gone. She took the time to listen to my concerns, shared helpful tips (like wearing gloves for dishes!), and recommended a double-coat no-chip approach to give my nails extra protection.
