Brooklyn is amazing! I love her high energy, she pays attention to detail, very meticulous and passionate about her work. Her free hand art is off the chain and she speaks English. She brings a whole new vibe to the shop. I finally found my forever nail tech! 🫶🏾
I am indifferent about this place, first & foremost Lisa & her sister are the BEST people working here, but the specialize in eyebrows . Them folks that do nails, I’m not sure. One time I took my daughter here to get her hands & feet done for her 6th birthday. They painted over her dirty nails & didn’t soak her feet & still charged me full price for this half ass service, which they will do a lot of u don’t speak up, they will half ass your service. My best advice is to PAY ATTENTION & SPEAK UP.. the work is decent here but they will halfass you if u let them.
I was just here the other day for the very first time and the service I received exceeded my expectations. The lady with the two French braids (I wasn’t exactly sure what her name was) did my nails and was very swift with her work. Though, they weren’t sloppy at all and her service was way better than the salon that I usually go to out in the Aurora/Naperville area. She was also very kind and respectful. My nails look better than they’ve ever been before!!!
