Water Heater Installation Repair in Hampshire

“Great and prompt reliable service, Technician Matt is very courteous and explains what he's doing. I decided not to repair my furnace and Air Conditioning as it was already over 30 years old. Their price was fair and said it included everything , even the new thermostat. Before they could install everything, they put in a temporary motor so I would be cool over the hot weekend , Labor Day, etc until they could install the new units. Matt returned that Friday with owner, Brian, to install my new Trane furnace and Air Conditioning and Aprilaire Humidifier. It was not easy as Im on the second floor. They were very considerate, covered my carpeting and worked efficiently for many hours. Finally finished everything except a little more had to be done for the humidifier installation. It was already about 6:30 pm. Matt came back the next day and finished up, cleaned up everything before he left and said to call them if I had any questions or problems. I give CKA Mechanical, Inc of Hampshire,IL, a 5 star review and will recommend them to anyone who wants thorough, trustworthy and reliable service for their Heating and Cooling, or Water Heater needs . “I called A.C.T because I had a problem with a brand new hose for my sump pump that wasn't connected right.

Water was shooting out from the base of the hose. I did ask my landscaper if he could install this brand new hose for me because i was in a pinch and he said yes. He said he would charge me $60 for a very simple job.

However...i needed this done so i paid him $60 to do this. A couple days later when we had some bad rain i was outside and noticed the hose was shooting out water of the base of the hose. The same thing that happened to my old hose that i needed to replace with the new hose.The only difference was the old hose actually had a split in the hose (because it was old) so I needed to buy a new hose.

When A.C.T. came out he told me right away the landscaper didn't tighten the hose in a couple spots leaving water to shoot out from the base of the hose.

Prior to all this i did called the landscaper to tell him what happened he told me it wasn't an emergency and it could wait. That didn't make me very happy because i paid him $60 to do the job right and when i told him what happened he didn't at all seem alarmed and couldn't be at my house for about 3 days. I was shocked.

Thats when i talked to my neighbor and they recommended A.C.T. and i can see why... he was excellent, and charge me a trip charge which I felt was very fair. He came out on a Sunday and he fixed the problem, and above all done it right the first time.

The purpose of this review is to solely let people know that there are good trusting, reputable companies that truly care about their customers.

ASAP and fix the problem.

Easy fix...however, the problem was the landscaper he did not tighten the hoses.

Next time ill go with the professionals.
