“Sylvia is amazing. So patient and really engaged on what it is that you need to feel better. Every time I say something hurts, she immediately starts with exercises to help strengthen that area, and sure enough, after a few weeks the pain is gone. I have gotten so much stronger over time and life is becoming more enjoyable again. Thank you, thank you, thank you.”
