Kathy was amazing! Every time I have to deal with affordable optical she makes the experience smooth as possible and my glasses are always taken care of by the team! 5 stars I would recommend again.

8/13/26 update: Picked up my glasses today and they are EVERYTHING! I have progressive lens with anti-glare & blue light and they are perfect! So yeah, I found a new place to do my glasses! 😄
Not sure why this place has bad reviews. Today was my second time there. This time I actually had them do my glasses. My ins allowed me to bring in my own frames so I did that! The 2 young ladies working today 8/2/26, Gabi and Wendy were sooooo amazing and sweet! They took their time with me and were just so understanding. They made sure my progressive lens would be perfect for me when they return from the lab. I felt like I already knew them but we had only just met today!… read full review

Honestly, i went there not knowing what to do and i was really clueless on needing help with my eye sight. A wonderful receptionist by the name of Clarissa helped me and guided me in order to have a successful time and she informed me on several things such as creating an appointment to check my eyesight, she also was very knowledgeable and helpful and overall a great employee there. We need more workers like Clarissa, amazing find of an employee.
