My first time going to Affordable Optical in Gurnee Mills Mall, it is a hidden gem. I had tried a number of places, retail and online, and had trouble finding what I was looking for and using my insurance. This place has great brands, excellent service, makes the insurance process easy, and is truly affordable. I picked out a lovely pair of Ray-Bans. Ketzia was knowledgeable and kind. She researched and located the style I was looking for and helped me navigate all the options. I highly recommend.

Love it here! Doctor is professional! The front desk is very helpful. Went in there as a walk in told her what i wanted and what i didn’t want. Nice blonde woman helped me with the selection of frame i wanted without any problem.
