DONT GO HERE IF YOU NEED ALTERATIONS!! Dropped off a dress to be hemmed 6/30. Told him I needed it by 7/10. I called the Tuesday prior to 7/10 and it wasn’t done but he assured me it would be done by Thursday. Well it’s Thursday and it was not finished. Wedding is tomorrow. My parents were customers for years and years they recommended this place to me. Lost all of our business. Please save yourself this despair, DONT GO HERE

The worst customer service. I gave them a pair of boots to get cleaned they said 3 weeks. It’s been longer they haven’t called to let me know an update. I called and they hung up on me twice cause they couldn’t answer my question. Take your business elsewhere these guys are a freakin joke. HORRIBLE

In from out of town for a wedding. Needed a sport coat, pants, and dress shirt pressed. Receipt indicated my price. I brought that amount at pick up but she said it was $1.75 more. Her paper showed someone crossed out the original amount and changed the amount. She would not give me my clothes unless i paid the additional $1.75. What poor practice not honoring my receipt. They had my phone number. They could have called me if they needed to change something. What poor customer service. Bait and switch. I will never go back there.
