The reason for the three stars isn’t for the actual work done, but the people who work there brought in a pants suit to be tailored hemmed intact, which was done fine. I have no problem with that. However, we were promised one day and it wasn’t done until a full week later when I called to check on the status, I was kept being reassured by the staff that they would call me when the item came inlo and behold I had called one day to ask about it again the item was there never once did I receive a call telling me the item was there and when you do leave a message on their answering machine, you never get a return phone call
