Optimum Carpet Care did a great job of cleaning all wall-to-wall carpets in the house we moved into in September 2025. So when we decided a few weeks ago to wash a woolen rug that hadn't been cleaned in years, we called Optimum. The rug was picked up on May 15th and we were told it would be returned a week later, on the 22nd. However, Optimum completed the job two days ahead of schedule, so it was delivered on the 20th. Better yet, it was perfectly clean after having been washed twice. I have used many carpet cleaning companies over the years, but none can compare to this one. If your carpet and furniture needs cleaning and you call someone else, your wasting your time and definitely your money. Their professionalism is unmatched. They called before arriving, price was even lower than estimate. This is a local family owned business that I am proud to support, I hope others will too. Excellent job gentlemen, will definitely be using your service again!

Outstanding service! We were getting ready to list our house for sale and Optimum was able to schedule a short notice cleaning for both carpets and tile floors. The quality of work far exceeded our expectations and the customer service was first class. I've had other services clean carpets and tile, but nothing has compared to the quality of Optimum Carpet Care. They were even able to clean white barstools that we thought were too far gone with stains- now they now look new. Thank you Mike, Edgar, and team!
