We had some major grading issues as the old patio was way too high and all of our neighbors have their properties drain into our yard. Arthur was amazing to work with at the very start. He walked us through his process and the materials. His father who is on his team, brought with him years of experience and knowledge. Despite weather delays, it was always a pleasure seeing the crew and working with them. Great communication and never annoyed with silly questions! Arthur and his team are incredibly professional. We were lucky to have Landstone Innovation work on our project and we look forward to using our beautiful new space and to having the team back for future work.
