Joe is an amazing human being! I had a problem with my air conditioner and I am disabled and I have a real issue with heat and I wasn't expecting anybody to help with whatever was going on with my air conditioner. The air conditioner wasn't old. I didn't understand what was happening. My son did not understand What was going on with it either and I happened by my good Fortune to get a hold of J& M Heating & Cooling and found Joe.! I've never been so grateful in my whole life. Joe came out and fixed my unit older r22 system.
cleaned and recharged the unit very professional and timely
He Even gave me help with a bandaid when I scraped my knee.
I highly recommend Joe.
Our 2-year old water heater (I know right!?) pooped out on us and our usual plumber wasn’t able to diagnose the issue so we had to find someone else in a pinch because we were going on day 2 with no hot water.
Joe came out right away and was able to deduce the possible issues causing our water heater to overheat. He made recommendations on next steps.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t resolve the issue same-day due to having to get chimney scoped out (as one of the possible things causing issues) but nonetheless, Joe was a very professional and a very nice guy.
