The 1st time that I went for my hip Justin was my therapist. He was very good and guided me through each exercise which decreased the pain significantly very quickly.
2nd round different problem- Candace is my therapist and she is amazing. She is very informative, listens to my concerns and responds with the most appropriate exercises for my needs. She is gentle yet firm. The assistants are very good too.
I am very happy with the care I have had so far with my therapists. They are very thorough with the explanation of movements and would ask if I had issues that needed to be addressed. They always ensured I did not overdo it if I felt discomfort. Safety first!
Such a great experience with IBJI PT! The therapists are friendly and so knowledgeable. In concert with PT appointments and doing exercises at home, I feel really great, and for the time being, have delayed any surgery that might be in my future.
