We have used Hines on several occasions over the years. Because they were low on stock, our load came from this location. The entire ordeal was ABSOLUTELY Terrible. We placed an order last week for a delivery today. No one gave us any heads up and a driver rolled up around 2pm with a terrible attitude. In my 11 years in business, I have never had a lumberyard send a delivery unannounced and even worse, I have certainly never dealt with such an unprofessional driver. Zero patience and a terrible attitude to go with it. This ends our dealing with Hines as a whole. Terrible experience. If I could give zeros stars I would. I did business with them for Thirty years then did a house up near Twin Lakes and got no service, calls backs or help. So I ended my business relationship with this once great company
