Placed call at 12:30. During the call, I requested pricing for specific lumber. While I was typing down numbers I had equipment running in the background. I asked Mr. To repeat pricing 1 time. He put on a little 16 year old girl type of attitude. I apologized and he hung up. We are In the trades, no grown man, wants to hear another grown man put on some little girl attitude. If you do not enjoy your job. Go find another one!

We have used Hines on several occasions over the years. Because they were low on stock, our load came from this location. The entire ordeal was ABSOLUTELY Terrible. We placed an order last week for a delivery today. No one gave us any heads up and a driver rolled up around 2pm with a terrible attitude. In my 11 years in business, I have never had a lumberyard send a delivery unannounced and even worse, I have certainly never dealt with such an unprofessional driver. Zero patience and a terrible attitude to go with it. This ends our dealing with Hines as a whole.
