My doctor was great! She was very precise with my eye exam, and I feel super confident in her diagnosis and the plan she put together, as well as the best route to take in my case. I also want to thank Liz and the other associates who made the glasses-choosing process feel like a scene from a movie where the girl is shopping and trying on all the goofy looks, and the assistants are all giving opinions to narrow it down to the best and most comfortable choice to help me deal with astigmatism! Will definitely be recommending friends and family here. Can’t wait for my glasses to arrive ! Ps they have lots of choices!

I had a very nice visit during my appointment. The front desk staff was very friendly and the eye doctor was both professional, polite, amd informative. I would only suggest that in the future, staff should give the patient a general approximation as to the costs that might occur during the appointment whne checking in. They were made aware of my insurance as well as the appointment's specifics/services, so I felt i should have been given atleast an approximation of the appointments costs.

The staff is very knowledgeable about framed lenses and what the patient needs. When trying to pick frames and lenses, the staff takes the time to look for ways to make the patient happy. If you are not satisfied with who you have, take the time to go to Grayslake Eye Care. They Care about their patients.
